What form of payment is accepted?

is it possible to accomodate a bus or shuttle?

Yes! We encourage group transportation and can accommodate a bus. It’s a safe, reliable and convenient option to ensure the safety of your guests. There are a few different companies who offer shuttle services that we can provide information for.

Are there any hotels nearby?

Yes! There are hotels in the Huntingdon area (15 minute drive) and Altoona area (20 minute drive). There are also a few local Air BnB’s close by.

Do I have to schedule a tour?

We kindly request that all tours are by appointment only. We are able to accommodate short-notice tours and are always happy to show what we offer.

What time must festivities come to an end?

To be good neighbors, we require that all music concludes by 10:00 p.m. and that all guests and the wedding party leave the premises by 11:00 p.m.

Alcohol Restrictions/Bartender Requirements

Alcohol is permitted on the premises, but must be served by a certified, licensed bartender. Beer, wine and liquor for mixed drinks are permitted.

Are pets allowed on the property during my event?

We love when couples include their furry companions in their wedding ceremony! The couple to be marrieds dog is allowed with prior approval for the wedding day only. A crate and leash must be provided and a designated person (other than the couple to be married) must be assigned to supervise your dog throughout the day. Trained & registered service animals are also allowed on the property for any event.

What type of insurance is required for use of the Lodge?

Renters are required to supply liability insurance within seven days of the event date. Our insurance agent can help set this up for you.

Are tables & chairs provided?

Yes! We offer seating at no additional cost for up to 200 guests with 26 round tables which seat 6-7 people per table.
